If you think that you were overcharged, please provide us with your payment confirmation (a photo, an extract, SMS confirmation of successful payment, screenshot of your Internet bank page, etc.) and specify the amount of money transferred and payment method. This information will be reviewed and, in the case of overcharge, we will return any funds that were charged in excess. We recommend that you refrain from doing any chargebacks without first speaking with our Support Team to resolve the problem. In most situations, we are able to resolve the problems ourselves or assist in your communications with your payment provider.
