If you cannot send a message to a user, please check your credit balance.
Please be aware that the chat function is enabled only when the user you wish to chat with is online. You may send a mail message while the user is offline, and they will see it once they are back online. If you would still like to send a chat message while the user is offline, please, make sure that you have chatted with this user before. Otherwise, you will not be able to send a chat message while the user is offline. To check if you've communicated with the user, please, follow the instructions below:
Desktop version:
Please go to the Chats in "Your activity" section and enter the user's name in the search field that is located on the left side of the page. If you can see a chat window, you can write a new message to the user and she / he will read it once she / he is online. If the chat window do not appear after you enter the user's name, it means there was no communication between you two before.
Mobile version:
Please go to "Chats" at the very bottom of the page and enter the user's name in the search field that is located at the top of the page. If you can see a chat window, you can write a new message to the user and she / he will read it once she / he is online. If the chat window do not appear after you enter the user's name, it means there was no communication between you two before.
