Desktop version:
You can unblock a user if you have previously added him / her to the “Saved”. To do this, go to the “People” page, locate the "Saved" list, find the user's profile and click on it to be redirected to the user's page. Then, press “Unblock” button and confirm your action.
Mobile version:
You can unblock a user if you have previously added him / her to the “Following”. To do this, click on the man icon in the lower right corner and select "Saved" from the menu. You can also locate "Saved" section by going to the "People" page. Find the user's profile and click on it to be redirected to the user's page. Press “Unblock” button.
If you are unable to find a user using the above methods, please contact our customer support by providing us with the user's ID, name, age and date of last communication with the user and we will try to assist you with this matter.
