In order to activate your account, please click on the confirmation link we sent to your email address once you've created your account. This letter contains an activation link, your login, and your password.
If you didn’t receive this mail, please make sure that you’ve indicated a valid email address during registration.
If you see that your email address is not valid, please follow the guide below:
Desktop version:
- Log in to your account and click the Portrait icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Choose “Settings” and change your email address in the “Account settings” section.
- Click the button that says “Resend email”. Check your mailbox after waiting 10-15 minutes for the activation mail. If the mail is nowhere to be found, please check your Spam folder.
Mobile version:
- Log in to your account and click the Portrait icon in the lower right corner of your screen.
- Choose “Settings” and change your email address in the appropriate field;
- Go back to the “Settings” page and click the button that says “Resend email”. Check your mailbox after waiting 10-15 minutes for the activation mail. If the mail is nowhere to be found, please check your Spam folder.
