Please contact our customer support and include the following information:
- The reason for the report;
- The ID of the profile that you are reporting;
- Time and date of the issue;
- Upload all relevant screenshots, photos, receipts, etc.
Additionally, you can use the “Report Abuse” button directly on the user's profile page.
Desktop version:
- Go to the user's page;
- Find the button “More” right above the chat/mail window;
- Choose “Report abuse” from the drop-down menu.
Mobile version:
- Go to the user's page;
- Find the button “More” below user's profile picture;
- Choose “Report abuse” from the dropdown menu.
